Lancaster County (PA) – Cherry Crest Adventure Farm kicks off its Spring Season Saturday, May 23rd. Every Saturday through June 27th (as well as Memorial Day Monday), Cherry Crest’s Barnyard will spotlight over 30 of its most popular Farm Fun activities and rides – from the three-lane Straw Bale Racer, Giant Hay Chute Slide and Giant Jump Pillows to the Animal Grove, Singing Chicken Show and Farm Tour Wagon Ride. Hours are 12 noon – 5 p.m.
Guests can also get a sneak preview of the 2015 Amazing Maize Maze® during its growing and grooming stages. The design will celebrate Cherry Crest’s 20th Anniversary Year, and its role in the promotion of “agri-tainment” as America’s longest-running corn maze.
A special spring lunch menu (including Cherry Crest’s famous kettle corn and fresh squeezed lemonade) will be available at the Barnyard and Chuck Wagon Cafes. New this year is the addition a Rubber Ducky Race to the Lil’ Farmers Playland – an enclosed area especially designed for small children. Some activities have also been relocated to accommodate the new Country Pig Races that will open when Cherry Crest kicks off its Summer Season on July 4th.
A Spring Season Day Pass for all ages 3 and up is $12. Children age 2 and under are admitted free. Back by popular demand is the $25 Summer Bounce Back Pass that includes UNLIMITED admission to all activities, including the Amazing Maize Maze, every day the farm is open May 23 to Sept. 18.
Cherry Crest Adventure Farm is located at 150 Cherry Hill Road in Ronks (PA) – about 12 miles east of Lancaster off of Rt. 741. For complete details, seasonal schedules and tickets-on-line visit www.CherryCrestFarm.com or call toll free 866-546-1799.
Disclaimer: In exchange for this post, Cherry Crest Farm has given my family a season pass. It’s honestly our most favorite local attraction and we are SUPER appreciative of this exchange!!!!
