If I had kids who don’t require car seats, THIS would be my next car. No lie. Hands down the Buick Enclave is the nicest SUV I’ve ever driven! With a seating capacity of 7 standard, 8 as an option, this car is like a mini van, without the whole “mini van mom” stigma.
The Enclave drove SO smoothly and I was super impressed by the gas mileage. I drove it daily and after almost a full week of driving I still had well over a quarter tank of gas left. With over 16 MPG, Buick has done a great job making this a practical vehicle for every day “Mommy” use!
The inside was so luxurious. When I took 2 of my daughters to ballet class, they were in love with the captains seats and rear seat sun roof! My 5 year old exclaimed, “I have my own roof window!”
On a date night to the grocery store, (admit it, you too do stuff like this I’m sure), my husband and I were impressed (and grateful) that the 3rd row folded down so easily to stash all of our pre-Thanksgiving and bulk store items.
I especially felt comfortable driving such a luxurious car because of their Side Blind Zone Alert (SBZA) which alerts you to a potential accident using radar sensors on both sides of the vehicle to “look” for other vehicles in the blind zone areas of your vehicle. This also includes Rear Cross Traffic Alert that will warn you of oncoming traffic when you’re backing out of a parking spot – including angled parking.
So when I say luxurious, here are the top 3 luxury items that the Enclave gifts: 1) heated steering wheel (have you ever experienced such a glorious thing?), 2) Bose sound system, 3) the sophisticated interior- premium materials, leather-appointed seating, warm wood tones, and brushed chrome accents.
