Recently, What a Crock contacted me to offer me a sample of the family owned businesses deliciousness! This family business was started by a local mom of three who knows how slow cookers can keep busy families sane! So, HER business makes fresh meals for YOUR slow cooker.
Everything is partially cooked, vacuum sealed and frozen, and there are no added preservatives! Woot woot!!! And I can say, they are also super yummy.
My family got the Beef Stew and the Thanksgiving Turkey Stew plus a Philly Cheese Steak Dip. The dip is being served tomorrow for football fun! And I love that all I will have to do is cut up some fresh bread. Ahhh, easy peasy.
Our dinners were 2 servings, so there was enough for my husband and I to eat plus a bit for each of our 4 children to taste test it. They really liked the sweetness of the Thanksgiving Turkey Stew thanks to the sweet potatoes and cranberries (see image at end of post)!
To pick up meals on your own, which keep in the freezer for about 6 months, stop by their Chestnut Hill, Brookhaven or Booths Corner location. Check out their menu before you go, I’m sure there will be TONS of dishes you’re going to want to stock your freezer with. And think of this for when you have to deliver meals to new parents, ill friends/family, new homeowners, etc. This makes a very thoughtful gift, and it goes easy on your task list too! Score!

Now go grab some deliciousness and tell them that Delaware County Moms said “hey”!
